Coffee Shop was inspired by those local cafés we seek out in every new town. The kind with a soft door chime, a low hum of conversation, and the unmistakable scent of freshly brewed coffee settling into wood, wool, and morning air. When we roll into a new place, one of the first things we do is find a local coffee shop. Not the closest option — the one that feels like it belongs to the town.
