- Orders of 4 or more cases ship free
- Small-Batch Production & Lead Time: Every Trail & Ember candle is hand-poured in small batches with care rather than mass produced. Orders of 1–2 cases typically ship within approximately one week. Larger orders generally require 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment. If you need an order sooner or are planning for a specific event or date, let us know and we’ll be happy to provide a more accurate timeline based on your order.

Complete the wholesale application below and tell us a little about your business and where you sell.
2. Get Approved
We’ll review your application and, once approved, activate your Trail & Ember wholesale account and send you access to begin ordering.
3. Place Your First Order
Start with our optional $99.95 delivered Starter Set — six full-size candles, with your choice of three scents and two of each — or skip the Starter Set and order any scent by the full case of 12.
4. Reorder Anytime
Once your account is active, order directly through our website at wholesale pricing. Regular wholesale candles are sold in full cases of 12 per scent.
